We provide our clients with 1 on 1 personal training style in a group setting. Our group personal training will make achieving your fitness goals more enjoyable and motivating than you ever thought possible. Small group instruction is an alternative to one-on-one training
BodyTek’s small group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the average $100 per hour personal training session cost.
We welcome clients of all different fitness levels to participate in our classes. Whether you are a first timer or an expert, our highly skilled instructors provide personalized, guided assistance to ensure clients can modify the workouts to their fitness level, therefore achieving their personal fitness goals.
