SHAKE 1: Bodytek Berry Blast

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or Sweet 
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

SHAKE 2: Mikes Mango Madness

  • ½ cup – Orange juice 
  • ½ cup – unsweetened almond milk or Sweet 
  • ½ cup – chopped mango, frozen
  • ½ cup – pineapple 
  • 1 scoop – vanilla protein powder 

SHAKE 3: Scotts Simple Vegan PowerHouse

  • 1 cup – unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen if possible
  • ½ cup – sliced apples
  • 1-2 handfuls – baby spinach
  • ¼ cup – pumpkin seeds 
  • 1 scoop – vanilla vegan protein powder (GOL)
  • Some ice (for added thickness)

SHAKE 4: Treys Peanut Butter PowerHouse

  • 1 cup – unsweetened almond milk or Sweet
  • 1 tbsp – Natural Peanut Butter – Greenwise
  • ½ of a Frozen Banana
  • 1 scoop – vanilla protein powder
  • Some ice
  • Optional | Little bit of Natural Honey
